when i lose and select to continue the loss the translation says press the ! key to end the battle but i pressed and held nearly every key on my keyboard and it did nothig but skip turns. am i doing something wrong?

Translation is clearly machine translated, but it’s good enough that everything is understandable and playable. You won’t have any trouble getting through the game, but some lose scenes might have strange grammar.
The story is separate from the other studio62 games, so you can play this at any time. It was made after lust grimm and lust friend, so it is more polished than those two, but their stories don’t overlap at all.
Thank you for your response to my comment. I am usually shy about machine translations but I loved Lust Grimm and I really don’t want to pass this game up. I was already okay with the level of polish however these better graphics will make a nice bonus.

Yes.also while most is edited translation,most h scenes and battle dialogue have been left machine translated with some find and replace editing.
I don’t know if im the only one, but for me there are some missing images. Without them the game doesn’t work
Try extracting it in Japanese. It is likely some sort of translation error occurs otherwise.
as i have personally played through the whole game myself i can say with cerainty that it works and it is something on your end.likely need to extract in japanese locale like anon said or try and redownload if that fails.
Fixed it a few days ago. It was my Anti-Virus Software which kept deleting some things
