Can confirm that the file behind the first download button is not safe. Unzipping the file restarted my computer and tried to boot my computer from an online connection to another computer that was a Mac when my PC’s operating system is running on Windows. I’ve fixed it for the time being but it was a rather dangerous happening. The file is still unsafe.
Disregard, I think Windows update broke something and caused it. My apologies, I checked a lot of sources. But I delved deeper and found the cause.
