I’m not bashing anyone for enjoying it, but a lot of users here are painfully unaware of what futanari (ふたなり) actually means, and are just making snarky passive-aggressive Reddit tier responses to anyone pointing out a fairly obvious truth. Male on male =/= futanari, even if one or both of the men is a trap, “trans”, etc. By definition of the word, futanari necessitates both a dick and a pussy. I’d suggest giving this game the “Newhalf” tag (or even just “trap”) instead of “Futanari”. I don’t blame Hemdom himself for it, because I’m sure that’s just the way the game was promoted and labeled.

Fair warning this game is pretty difficult to play. Good game though once you learn how to play with enjoyable “content” to experience.

While it’s not technically “maledom,” I can see the disagreement for futanari being considered femdom such as in this comment section. Some websites, such as Gelbooru, don’t consider a female and futanari couple as “yuri” or lesbian, and I agree with that, so it can be said that male/female and futanari is not exactly femdom when the futanari is the dominant character. Futanari characters in a dominant setting should honestly be its own thing, maybe futadom or something. That creates a tag which is much more specific and distinctive for those who are interested in it, while allowing people who want to avoid dickgirls on biologically male or female characters.
The more male features you give a female character (penis is male no matter what people might say about it) the less female they are, and therefore, the less it can be considered pure female domination. Especially since some futanari characters completely lack female genitalia in place of a giant penis and sack like those in this game. They might still have big boobs, but that’s really the only distinctive characteristic preventing them from being classified as traps instead.
And no, it doesn’t matter if they still mentally identify as a female. That’s an assumption and tagging a game or image is all about what is visible and distinct.
